Policy & Procedure for returning adult product(s)

Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for change of mind on adult products.

We offer a 90 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product for faulty products. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of the product sold through our website.

Faulty Product

If your product is faulty, we will replace your product with an identical product.

If the product cannot be replaced, you will have the option of choosing an alternative product to the same value, or we will provide you with a refund of the faulty product's total value.

Below are some simple testing points to try before returning a faulty sex toy.

  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries
  • Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
  • Delivery

Returning Faulty Product

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
  • Please ensure adult products are clean before they are returned

Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
